为提升中小型港口企业核心竞争力,促进全国港口行业全面稳健发展,针对中小型港口企业基础设施落后、综合服务能力差等普遍存在的问题,结合竞争力相关理论,借鉴国内外丰富经验,从港口企业体制、基础设施建设、吸引投融资等角度提出一系列提升其核心竞争力的对策。%It is in order to enhance the core competence of small and medium-sized port enterprises,and then steady developing the national port industry.The small and medium-sized port enterprises faces a series of problems such as outdate infrastructures and poor comprehensive service talent.Based on the competitive theory and the extensive experiehce at home and abroad,this paper put forward a series of solutions form the views of port enterprise systems,infrastructures,investment policy an so on to enhance its core competence.
