生鲜农产品物流配送路径优化研究——以A公司为例

         

摘要

With the rapid development of E-commerce of fresh agricultural products presents a good momentum. However, the existing E-commerce logistics distribution system of fresh products lags behind, and cannot meet consumers' demand for safe, fast and quality consumption. Many current problems, such as delayed delivery, high cost and high loss rate, have hindered the development of fresh E-commerce. Distribution path optimization plays an important role in reducing distribution cost and improving distribution efficiency. Based on the theories related to the logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products of A company, this paper analyzed the fresh E-commerce of A company. Through the elaboration of the mileage saving method and the establishment of the accounting model of the mileage saving method, it optimized the distribution path of A company and solved the problems of A company's delay in delivery and high delivery cost.%随着电子商务的迅猛发展,生鲜农产品电商呈现出良好的势头.但现有的生鲜电商物流配送体系的进展落后,达不到消费者对安全、快速、质量的消费需求.现在的很多问题诸如配送不及时、成本高、货损率高等问题都阻碍了生鲜电商的前进道路.配送路径优化对于降低配送成本、提高配送效率有着重要的作用.文章以A公司生鲜农产品物流配送的相关理论为基础,A公司生鲜电商为浅析对象,通过对节约里程法的阐述,建立节约里程法的核算模型,对A公司进行配送路径优化,解决了A公司配送不及时、配送成本高等问题.
