可靠性是客户感知物流服务质量的重要因素,并直接影响到物流企业的利益与竞争地位。以四川省公路小件快运为对象,在理清物流服务质量与可靠性关系的基础上,分析其影响因素,并对如何提高小件快运服务质量提出建议。%In this paper, with the highway small parcel delivery service industry in Sichuan as the object and after sorting out the relationship between the quality and reliability of the logistics services, we analyzed the major quality influence factors and then proposed the corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of the small parcel delivery services.
