研究并设计出一套功能较完善的物流旋转设备运行状态远程在线监测与诊断系统，该系统采用模块化设计，包括数据采集模块、时域分析模块、频域分析模块、瞬态分析模块和专家系统模块。其中神经网络智能诊断功能可实现自动在线识别，达到尽量减少人工诊断的效果。系统运行稳定可靠，满足实时、动态、在线和离线分析要求。%In this paper, we designed an online monitoring and diagnosis system of the operational status of the logistics rotary equipment, analyzed the modular structure of the system, and at the end commented on the performance of the system.
