鉴于采购成本控制对企业的巨大影响,从物资采购成本影响因素出发,分析各因素对采购成本的影响,在此基础上以物资采购价格与数量、供应商管理、物流以及采购流程管理为突破口,就如何控制我国石油企业采购成本提出一些可行的建议.%In this paper,in view of the great importance of purchasing cost control on the enterprises,we analyzed the factors influence the control of purchasing cost,on the basis of which,starting from the price and quantity of material purchasing,supplier management,logistics and purchasing process management,we proposed some feasible suggestions to control the purchasing cost of the oil enterprises in China.
