In this paper, using comprehensively the theory and method of modern service operation and operational management system engineering, we performed an overall diagnosis of the current status of the service and operational management of TPL enterprises and designed the specific solutions.%综合运用现代服务运营及运营管理系统工程的理论和方法，对第三方物流企业的服务与运营管理现状进行较为全面的诊断，并设计具体的解决方案，以达到最终提升第三方物流企业的整体服务运营水平及竞争力水平的目的。
