微孔面积比对微孔端面机械密封泄漏量计算的影响

         

摘要

微孔面积比(微孔面积与计算域面积的比值)对微孔端面机械密封的空化效应影响区和动压效应影响区的影响都大,进而影响到泄漏量积分截面的选择.使用质量守恒的JFO空化边界条件建立微孔端面机械密封泄漏量数值计算模型,讨论微孔面积比对微孔端面机械密封泄漏量计算的影响.结果表明:在微孔端面密封的泄漏量计算时,基于层流的积分方法是有一定限制的,并不适合所有的微孔面积比,当微孔面积比大于一定数值后,就找不到合适的积分截面.对不同的微孔面积比,可通过观察沿径向流量折线图与分布云图,分析动压效应和空化效应对流动状态的影响,确定能否找到合适的积分截面.%It is necessary for the selection of integral cross section to consider the significant influence of micro-pore area density (the ratio of micro-pore area to calculation domain area) to cavitation and hydrodynamic effect in the process of the leakage calculation for the mechanical seal with micro-pores.Based on the mass-conservative JFO cavitation boundary condition,a numerical calculation model was developed.The influence of micro-pore area density on calculation of mechanical seal leakage was discussed.The simulation experiment results show that there is a limit to the integration method based on the laminar flow in the calculation of the leakage of mechanical seals with micro-pore,and it is not suitable for all the micro-pore area ratios.The integral section can not be found when the micro-pore area ratio is greater than a certain value.With the analysis of cavitation and hydrodynamic effect by the investigation of the plots of the flow distribution along radial direction,it can be found if the reasonable integral cross section exists in the seal with different micro-pore area density.
