圆环形微凹坑织构表面的摩擦性能

         

摘要

Tribology properties of textured surface with ring-shape micro-pits in reciprocating motion were studied by numerical method.The effect on friction and bearing capacity by the geometric parameters,such as the depth of ring-shape micro-pits and the ratio of area and the radius of inside and outside rings was analyzed,and the analysis result were compared with that of typical column textured surface.The results show that,with the increasing of the width of ring when the depth of ring pits maintains a constant,and with the increasing of the textured depth when the ring pits has a larger width,the friction coefficients are all decreased.The dynamic pressure is decreased with the decreasing of the ring width. As compared with cylindrical textured surface,the friction coefficient of the ring texture is smaller for the same area ratio, and it is easier to attract fine debris.%利用数值模拟方法研究具有微圆环状凹坑织构平面在往复运动下的摩擦学性能,分析微圆环深度、圆环内外半径及面积比等织构几何参数对摩擦性能的影响,并与典型的圆柱形织构单元进行对比研究。结果发现,深度相同时,摩擦因数随着圆环宽度的增加而减小,圆环宽度较大时,摩擦因数随织构深度的增加而减小;圆环状织构的动压效应随着圆环宽度的减小而减小;与圆柱状织构表面相比,相同面积比条件下的圆环状织构的摩擦因数更小,同时圆环状织构在吸纳细小磨屑方面也优于圆柱状织构。
