矩方法在粒径分布测量中的应用

         

摘要

This paper researches on the light scattering measurement of particle size.It is very important to choose and use the inversion algorithm to obtain the particle size distribution function.It also introduces the basic principle of the light scattering,and proposes a method based on the moment inversion algorithm,the polynomial fitting of the extinction value of the multi group light source is carried out and the form of the corresponding matrix equation is obtained,so as to obtain the particle size distribution function of the order of the origin moment mk.In fact,the origin moment of the spherical particle size distribution is related to many characteristics of the particle size distribution,and a scale can be given to the inverse of the particle size distribution of the spherical particle system.In this way,the original complex inversion method is transformed into a matrix equation.The method has the advantages of simple principle and fast calculation speed,which can meet the requirement of the on-line measurement of the particle size.%在利用光全散射法测量颗粒粒度的研究中,如何正确选择并使用反演算法来对颗粒粒径分布信息进行重建是非常关键的.根据光全散射法的相关基本原理,提出了一种基于矩方法的反演算法,对多组光源下的消光值进行多项式拟合,提取系数得到对应矩阵方程的形式,从而求得粒径分布函数的各阶原点矩mk.实际上,球形颗粒粒径分布的各阶原点矩与粒径分布的许多特性相关,并且可以为球形颗粒系统的粒径分布反演提供一个尺度,这样将原有的复杂反演方法转换为求解矩阵方程.该方法具有原理简单,计算速度快等优点,能够满足颗粒粒径在线测量的要求.
