真空回潮机循环水冷却系统的改进

         

摘要

真空回潮设备在夏季经常出现抽真空时间长、真空度低及烟叶回透率低的问题,各项工作指标均有明显下降.利用热交换技术对真空回潮机循环水冷却系统进行了重新设计,在储水箱与冷却塔之间增设一套内循环水系统,可不通过真空回潮机实现冷却水快速循环降温.实际应用效果表明,此举措可明显降低冷却循环水进水温度,恢复并提高了抽真空系统的抽空效率,提高生产效率和产品质量.%Due to long exhausting time,low vacuum degree and tobacco leaf recovery efficiency of Vacuum resurgence equipment in summer,this paper uses the heat exchange technology to redesign the circulating water cooling system of the vacuum damping machine.A set of the circulating water system is installed between the storage tank and the cooling tower.Practical application result shows that the circulating water inlet temperature can be reduced obviously and its operating efficiency,the production efficiency and product quality are improved greatly.
