基于ANSYS的曲轴随动磨削支撑方案研究

         

摘要

Compared to the traditional crank grinding progress,the crank-coordinated grinding is a high efficient method.It can accomplish the grinding work by one simple clamping.It has the mainl advantages of less location error,less times of adjusting clamping tools,high grinding accuracy and efficiency.In this experiment,the ANSYS is used to do the modal analysis of the crankshaft,then the dangerous grinding locations of parts are predicted in the grinding process.Also the crankshaft deformation and stress under the gravity and the rotational velocity is simulated to confirm the appropriate support scheme of the crank-coordinated grinding.By the comparing the different support schemes,the reasonable locations of the center rest are defermined,including the number of it.Finally the method to confirm the center rest's support plan is obtained.%曲轴随动磨削是一种高效的磨削办法,经过一次装夹,即可以完成对曲轴类偏心零件的磨削过程,具有定位误差小,工件装夹调整次数少,加工精度、效率高等优点.运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对曲轴工件进行了模态分析,得到了曲轴部件的固有振型,据此预测了加工过程中零件的危险位置;对在重力、自转角速度的影响下曲轴的变形和应力进行了仿真,参照模态分析的结果,得出了中心架支撑位置的选择依据.通过对多种中心架支撑方案的仿真结果进行对比,确定了合理的中心架数目及支撑位置,得到了曲轴随动磨削中心架支撑方案的确定方法.
