面向需求变更的喷射沉积车间数据采集与监控系统研究

         

摘要

For the unstable working enviroment, such as, unstable process, data collection and monitored objects in spray deposition factory, this paper puts forward Zigbee wireless networks and video surveillance technology which are adopted in the real-time workshop monitoring system. The real-time data of workshop statement can be uploaded to database through the Zigbee network for unified treatment and the video cameras can be used to shoot the important positions in the workshop. The actual application shows that the system enhances the applicability of real-time processing. The foundation is laid for optimizing the process of this system and improving its applicability in multivariate enviroment.%针对当前喷射沉积车间的工作环境比较恶劣、工艺不稳定、数据采集和监控对象易变等特点,提出了将Zigbee无线传感网络和视频监控技术应用于该车间实时监控系统.该系统通过Zigbee传感网络采集各传感器数据信息和喷射沉积过程的运行状态信息,并将其上传至数据库进行统一处理.并通过对重点部位安装监控摄像头的方式,对车间系统进行实时监控.实际应用表明,该系统增强了喷射沉积车间监控实时性,为其工艺优化奠定基础,提高了系统面向车间监控需求变化情况下的适用性.
