内齿轮磨齿机砂轮架的静态性能分析

         

摘要

以某内齿轮磨齿机的砂轮架为研究对象,运用Pro/E软件对砂轮架进行三维几何建模,直接转到Pro/Mechanica模块中对砂轮架进行网格划分.根据砂轮架与机床的装配关系以及具体磨削工况,确定了边界条件.通过对砂轮架进行有限元分析,得到砂轮架静态性能云图.分析结果表明,该砂轮架的强度和刚度能够满足使用要求.%The static performance of the wheel frame of an internal grinding machine is studied. 3-D geometric model of the wheel frame is established by means of Pro / E software. And then, the model is transferred to the Pro / Mechanica module and meshed. According to the assembling relationship between wheel frame and machine tool and the specific grinding conditions, the boundary conditions are determined. Through finite element analysis of the wheel frame, its static performance clouds is obtained. The analysis results show that both the strength and the rigidity of the wheel frame are satisfactory.
