基于TLP250的超音频IGBT驱动电路的设计

         

摘要

针对M57962典型驱动电路在驱动超音频IGBT时存在外围电路复杂,频率响应慢,驱动能力弱的不足,采用TLP250光耦隔离芯片设计了一种全新超音频IGBT驱动电路,对其结构和工作原理进行了分析,并与M57962典型驱动电路进行了对比实验,测试结果表明所设计的驱动电路在超音频下具有更陡的上升沿和下降沿,更大的驱动能力.电路结构简单,性能稳定可靠,成本低.%Because the shortage of complicated peripheral circuit, slow frequency response and weak drive ability, exist in M57962 typical driving circuit at ultrasonic frequency IGBT, a new type of IGBT ultrasonic frequency driving circuit is designed based on TLP250. Its structure and principle are analyzed. And this circuit is compared with M57962 typical driving circult. The test result shows that the designed circuit has steeper rising and falling edge and greater driving ability. Its structure is more simple its operation is more stable, its performance is more reliable and its cost is less.
