The analysis of the torsional vibration calculation report and torsional vibration test report has made clear the characteris-tics of the shaft torsional vibration of that type of generator set. By using the internal combustion engine shaft torsional vibration analy-sis software TVCA 2006, targeted calculation and parameter testing are conducted. The results of free torsional vibration and the forced torsional vibration are checked, on the basis of which damping measures are proposed.%通过对某型柴油机发电机组扭振计算报告和扭振测试报告的分析，了解了该机组轴系的扭振特性。利用开发的柴油机轴系扭转振动计算分析软件TVCA2006进行了针对性的计算和参数调试，对自由扭振和强迫扭振计算结果进行了验算，在此基础上提出了减振措施。
