In view of the lean production mode of machine manufacturing, this paper uses the theory of constraints and time analyti-cal method to diagnose and evaluate the manufacturing flow, so that the foible of multi-varieties and smal-scale production process is settled and the efficiency evaluation of the manufacturing flow combined with the fixed quantified system analysis is actualized.%针对多品种、小批量混线制造流程松散、低效的弱点，通过面向制造企业的精益制造模式研究，应用约束理论和时间分析方法，对制造流程进行了诊断与再造评估。以流程周期效率为切入点，实现了定性和定量分析方法相结合的制造流程效率评估。
