对煤气罐进行了设计计算,建立了三维模型,运用有限元分析软件对煤气罐施加工作压力,得到了工作状态下煤气罐的应力值。根据应力分析结果对煤气罐的壁厚进行了优化分析,得到了设计序列、体积与迭代次数的关系曲线、厚度与迭代次数的关系曲线、最大应力与迭代次数的关系曲线,为其他压力容器的应力分析和优化设计提供了思路。%In the paper, the gas tank is designed and calculated, the three-dimensional model is established, and the stress value in the working state is obtained by of the finite element analysis software. The optimized design of wal thickness is completed accord-ing to the results of stress analysis, the design procedure, relationship curve of the number of iterations, volume, thickness and maximum stress are gotten. The result of design can provide a method for stress analysis and optimization design for the other pres-sure container.
