双粗糙面滑动摩擦热力耦合有限元分析

         

摘要

建立了双粗糙分形表面滑动摩擦的热力耦合模型,综合考虑了随温度变化的材料性能、材料的弹塑性变形及摩擦副的磨损失效等因素,以摩擦材料的性能参数及设定的材料损伤参数为实例对双粗糙分形表面滑动摩擦全过程的温度场、应力场及磨损进行了数值模拟,分析得到了滑动摩擦过程中摩擦界面最高接触温度、接触应力的分布、磨损率及其变化规律,实现了对双粗糙面摩擦磨损情况的模拟及预测。%The thermomechanical couple model of sliding friction between the dual fractal surfaces is established under the considerations of the variable thermal properties of the elasticplastic material, and the wear and failure of the friction pair. The temperature filed, the stress filed and the wear during the whole process of the sliding friction between the dual fractal surfaces is simulated directly according to the properties of the friction material and the setting damage parameters of the material. The highest contact temperature of the rough surfaces,the distribution of the contact stress,the wear rate and their variations are obtained from the numerical results and the analysis. The results can be used to forecast the parameters of the friction and wear between the dual fractal surfaces.
