为了解决某试验装置内膛的密封问题,设计了一种组合增压式密封结构,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对密封结构的工作变形进行了仿真,找出了该结构的不足,并对其进行了改进。运用ABAQUS软件对改进的结构进行了有限元计算,计算了密封结构的接触应力。结果表明,改进后的结构可以较好地满足试验装置的密封要求,该结构的成功设计对新型火炮密封结构的工程化具有参考价值。%In order to improve the bore's fightness of test facility, this paper uses ABAQUS simulation software to simulate the work-ing strain of the structure, finds out its defect improves its structure and designs a combined supercharged seal structure.The finite element computation of the improved structure is carried out by the ABAQUS software. The seal structure contact stress is computed. The result shows that the improved structure can meet the seal requirement of high pressure propel ing gas and it gives a reference to the seal structure of combined barrel.
