某新型多身管火炮的膛口流场形成分析

         

摘要

现代高技术条件下的局部战争要求自动炮具有高射速,这为速射火炮发射弹幕带来了新的问题:膛口流场叠加后对后继发射弹丸的扰动效应将严重影响弹丸的运动状态,改变预定的弹幕分布形式,甚至造成火炮射击精度不足,降低作战效能。以某新型火炮为研究对象,应用计算流体力学方法,通过数值仿真,分析其在不同射击条件下的膛口流场特点以及对弹丸运动状态的影响;分别讨论了射速、身管间距、发射时序对膛口流场的形成与发展过程以及对弹丸的受力和运动状态的影响。得出可以通过控制射速和改变身管间距来降低膛口流场对弹丸运动状态的影响。%Local war under the condition of modern high technology has the need for automatic artil ery to shoot at a high speed. This cau-ses new problems for rapid-fire artil ery barrage:the disturbance effect on projectile from composition of muzzle flow field makes a serious impact on projectile motion state, that the distribution form of the artil ery barrage fixed in advance is changed, its shooting accuracy is poor and the operational effectiveness is reduced. This paper takes the new type gun as object of study and uses computational fluid dynamics method to carry out numerical simulation and analyse the muzzle flow field characteristic and influence on projectile motion state under dif-ferent shooting conditions. It also respectively discusses the influence of shot velocity, tube spacing and shooting order on formation devel-opment process force and motion state of the projectile. It is concluded that it only the body tube space is changed and the shooting rate is control ed, the influence of muzzle flow field on projectile motion state is reduced.
