For the purpose of performance and fatigue testing of component including synchronizer,a test bench is specially developed and designed to record roll speed,shifting force,synchronous displacement,synchronous time,axial force,synchronous torque,etc.during shifting.Furthermore,friction factor between synchronizer' s tapered surfaces can be calculated to forecast the performance and fatigue lifecycle of synchronizer's friction material.%为了能单独对同步器组成零件的性能和疲劳寿命进行试验,专门研发设计了这种可独立安装同步器总成的试验台架,在试验过程中可记录换档过程中的转速、换档力、同步位移、同步时间、轴向力、同步扭矩等,并依此可计算出同步器摩擦锥面间的摩擦因数,判断同步器摩擦材料的性能和疲劳寿命.
