根据某轻型牵引火炮的结构特点,对现有高低机和平衡机部分进行结构改进,该结构利用气压推式平衡机克服起落部分重力矩,运用螺杆式高低机实现自锁并承受不平衡力矩.采用有限元分析软件Abaqus对高平机易遭到破坏的两种工况进行刚强度及屈曲分析,根据分析结果,验证高平机结构设计是否合理.%This paper introduces the structure of existing elevating and equilibrator mechanism improved according to the structural characteristics of some light towed howitzer. The pushed pressure equilibrator is used in the structure to overcome the rising and falling moment and self-locking and withstand unbalanced moment are realized by the use of screw type elevating mechanism. The stiffness and buckling of the elevating-equilibrium mechanism which is easy to be destroyed in two working conditions are analyzed with finite element analysis software Abaqus. It is verified that its structure is reasonable according to the analytical results.
