基于ANSYS的重型机床立柱的静态和模态分析

         

摘要

以某重型机床立柱为对象,通过三维制图软件Pro/E建立三维实体模型,把模型导入ANSYS中,对机床立柱进行静力学及模态分析,获得机床立柱的位移分布情况、固有频率和振型.通过ANSYS分析得到的结果为以后对重型机床立柱的优化设计提供了理论依据,缩短了设计周期.%This paper takes the column of heavy machine as the object of study and uses Pro/E to build the three-dimensional solid model which is imported into the ANSYS, and then makes the static and modal analysis,in order to obtain the displacement distribution, natural frequencies and mode shapes of the column. Through the result obtained by ANSYS, it is proved that the research gives the theoretical evidence to the optimization of th heavy machine column and the period of design is shortened.
