产品可装配性评价技术对于提高装配效率具有重要意义,将人机工程与产品可装配性评价技术相结合,建立了基于模糊评价的评价模型,提出一套基于人机工程新的可装配性评价方案,开发相应评价软件,并通过DELMIA仿真对某航空产品装配进行了实例分析与综合评价.%Assemblability evaluation is of great importance to improving the product assembly efficiency. In this paper, the assemblability evaluation is combined with ergonomics. Based on the fuzzy evaluation model and ergonomics factors, a new method of the evaluation is put forward. ,and an evaluation software is developed. Then, the assembly plan of some aviation product is analyzed and evaluated by DELMIA simulation.
