基于ANSYS Workbench的蒸压砖机下横梁结构优化设计

         

摘要

随着计算机技术的发展,现代优化设计方法在工程中的应用日益广泛. 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对蒸压砖机下横梁进行静力学分析,得到其应力应变云图,由云图可知下横梁的强度和刚度均符合要求. 在保证强度和刚度的前提下,以减少质量为目标,对下横梁进行结构优化. 优化结果表明,将下横梁减重10 .21%,其应力分布更加合理.%With the development of computer technology, modern optimization design method has become more popular in engineering application.The paper introduces the static analysis on the lower beam of hydraulic press with the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, obtains the contours of stress and strain.The calcu-lation results conform to the need of the press.Taking the weight as an objective, it realizes the optimal design of lower beam with the safety of strength.The design result shows that the mass of lower beam is reduced by 10.21%,at the same time, stress distribution is more reasonable.
