液压可调分度数输出机构设计

         

摘要

Output various number of divisions mechanism was designed. The mechanism was driven by the hydraulic cylinder trip-adjustable,and the gear and rack were used to transfer in this mechanism. By the motions of one-way clutch,it was turned a-round in one direction. Finally the requirement of intermittent motion was realized by a various number of divisions output. The me-chanical limit way of adjustment stroke was used for the hydraulic cylinder stroke. Hydraulic fixed position was used for the position device of this mechanism,in order to keep the mechanism position accurately during intermittent motion,at the same time to realize convenient automatic control.%设计一种可输出多种分度数的机构,以可调行程液压缸作为动力执行元件,齿轮齿条起中间传递作用,单向离合器作为单向转动部件,最终实现多种分度数输出的间歇运动要求。液压缸的行程利用机械限位方式调整。该机构定位装置同样采用液压夹紧定位方式,保证了该机构在间歇期间定位准确,同时方便实现自动控制。
