液压往复密封泄漏量的有限元分析

         

摘要

利用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了o形密封圈的轴对称有限元模型,分析其动态密封能力,得到主密封面接触应力的分布规律;讨论不同的压缩率、材料摩擦因数以及工作压力对其动态密封能力的影响.结果表明:随着压缩率的增加,泄漏量相应减少;选择合适的材料可以有效减少泄漏量;在低压工作时,动态密封的泄漏量随工作压力的增加呈现出先增大后减小且趋于一常数的趋势.%ANSYS was utilized to eatablish an axisymmetrical FEM model of O-sealing ring to analyze its dynamic sealing function. The distribution roles of contact siress of main sealing surfaces were obtained. The effects of compression ratio, friction coefficient and working pressure on the dynnamic sealing function were studied. The results show that the leakage reduces with the increase of compression ratio; auitable material can decrease the lekage effectively; when working under lower pressure, the leakage of dynamic sealing has the tendency to increase first, decrease later, and then go to a constant.
