针对数控机床实现轮廓加工和点位加工的工艺特点,分析对刀操作可能引起的加工误差的原因以及加工误差表现出的特征.根据数控机床建立工件坐标系的有关方法和对刀操作所依据的原理,针对数控加工中出现的操作误差提出相应的误差补偿方法.该方法简单、快捷、有效.%The reasons for processing errors may caused by tool setting operation and its features were analyzed aiming at technics features of CNC machine for contour cutting and point to point processing. According to the related methods of establishing workpiece coordinates system and the principle for tool setting in CNC machine, the error compensation methods were advanced. The method is simple, efficient and effective.
