三维轮廓测量中量化误差修正算法的实现与比较

         

摘要

The quantization error is one of the errors of 3D measure by light-section method. It is mostly from the digitization process of image signal which is captured by CCD. The four correction algorithms of quantization error, namely direct fitting method, centre-of-gravity calculation method, cross-correlation calculation method and edge extraction method, were analyzed. The test results of the four methods were compared.%量化误差是采用光切法进行三维轮廓测量时的误差之一,主要来源于图像采集卡对CCD采集的图像信号进行数字化的过程.分析修正量化误差的4种方法,即直接拟合法、重心计算法、互相关计算法和边缘提取法,并对测试结果进行比较.
