基于空间几何的蛇形传送带车传送带架的结构优化设计

         

摘要

蛇形传送带车可以从客机货舱内,在操作人员可控制的情况下,用安全、有效以及便捷的方式装卸乘客行李.21世纪以来,随着经济水平不断提高、民航客机承载量的加大以及人们出行所携带行李日益增多,客机货舱规格也在不断加大,因此为了提高运输效率,满足日益增长的承载量压力,在传统带式传送车基础上进行优化设计,提出一款全新的蛇形传送带车的设计方案,进行基于空间几何的蛇形传送带车传送带架的结构优化设计,并应用自适应粒子群算法求解最优值.%The main function of the serpentine conveyor is that it can load and unload passengers'luggage in a safe,effective and convenient way from the cargo compartment of the aircraft and under the control of the operator. Since 21st century,with the continuous improvement of the economy,the airliner carrying capacity increased, and when people travel their baggages increasingly,cargo plane specifications are also increasing. In order to meet the increasing load pressure,to improve the efficiency of transportation,the traditional belt conveyor car based on optimization design,puts forward the design scheme with a car the new section of the serpentine transmission,optimize the structure of transfer conveyor belt geometric serpentine car with frame based on the design and application of adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving the optimal value.
