细分曲面粗加工刀轨生成算法

         

摘要

研究了细分曲面等高粗加工刀轨生成算法.以Catmull-clark细分曲面为研究目标,首先利用基于面误差的自适应细分算法构建粗加工模型,该方法构建的模型不仅具有均匀的加工余量,且能完全包围精加工模型,;然后采用层切法生成切层轮廓,在计算切削区域边界轮廓时采用了有效边追踪算法,该算法可以有效快速正确的得到每层的加工区域;为了验证算法的可行性及有效性,最后给出了加工实例,实例表明该方法可以有效地控制加工模型的网格数量,并能快速地生成粗加工刀轨.%A new algorithm to generate rough machining tool path for subdivision surface is put forward. In order to obtain NC rougft machining models with uniform uncut-allowance and complete surround finishing models for Catmull-Clark subdivision surface, an adaptive subdivision algorithm based on surface error is utilized. By using slice-by-slice the slicing contour is generated. The contour information is collected as marching from one effective edge to neighboring effective edge. The algorithm can quickly and correctly generate machining area for every machining slice. In order to verify the method, some examples are given. Form these examples it can be seen this method could remarkably decrease the number of meshes, keep the tool path fairness and then significantly increase the generating speed of tool path.
