高速车床花岗岩与铸铁床身动静态性能的对比分析

         

摘要

机床床身是机床的一个重要的基础部件.机床床身的静态性能和动态性能,直接影响到被加工零件的质量.传统的床身出于减震性、成本、加工等因素的考虑,一般采用铸铁材料,而随着近年来机床精度发展的需要以及人造花岗岩技术的日趋成熟,人造花岗岩越来越多的被用于机床床身等基础件的制造中.利用Ansys分析软件,对某高速车床采用的铸铁床身和花岗岩床身进行静态切削受力分析和动态模态分析,并对比其性能特性,分析证明花岗岩材料用于床身制造的性能优越性,为提高车床床身的性能提供有用的理论依据.%The bed is an important basic part of the machine tool,which static and dynamic perfor- mances directly affect the quality of the tooling parts.For the reasons of shock absorption,cost and machin- ing,the cast iron is often used in the manufacture of bed.With the development requirement for the accura-cy of machine tool and the perfect of granolith technology, more and more granolith will be used in manu-facturing basic parts such as bed.Using the software of Ansys ,the static cutting force and the dynamic modal of the bed made by two kinds of materials-cast iron and granite are analysedAfter comparing analy-sis results,the advantages of the granite is analyzed for the manufacturing of bed,which results provides theoretical basis for enhancing the performance of the bed.
