螺杆泵转子砂带成型磨削机床的设计与误差研究

         

摘要

The screw pump rotor used in the process of oilfield exploitation belongs to the longaxones with spiral surface with high accuracy requirement for surface machining and the working accuracy of the curved surface of the rotor can be improved effectively by belt form grinding.By analyzing the motion structure in the machining process,the design scheme of the machine tool configuration was proposed.Based on the relative position relations of the moving units,the coordinate transformation matrix between adjacent units was obtained to establish the comprehensive error model of the machine motion and obtain the error components,which provided the preliminary basis for the follow-up motion control examination.%在油田开采过程中所用的螺杆泵转子属于长轴类螺旋曲面零件,其表面加工精度要求较高,采用砂带成型磨削加工能够有效提高转子曲面的加工精度.通过分析加工过程中的运动构成,提出加工机床构型的设计方案.依据运动单元相对位置关系,得到相邻单元之间的坐标变换矩阵,从而建立机床运动的综合误差模型,得出各误差分量,为后续运动控制的研究提供前期基础.
