空间碎片柔性防护结构超高速撞击试验研究

         

摘要

In this paper, experimental research was carried out on the hypervelocity impact charac?teristics of flexible anti?debris multi?shield structure made of multi?layer flexible composite materi?als. The protection performances of the aramid fiber fabric, the aramid/epoxy composites, and the aluminum alloy of the structure were studied. The results showed that the flexible anti?debris multi?shield structure could be folded with high folding efficiency(Folding efficiency≥8) which could re?duce the launch volume effectively. Furthermore, the number of the shields could be increased and the space between the shields could be expanded after the deployment of the flexible structure, thus the protection performance of the flexible anti?debris multi?shield structure was significantly im?proved. The flexible anti?debris multi?shields structure presented the same protection capability as the aluminum alloy multi?shields structure at the 3. 5 km/s impact speed. The flexible anti?debris multi?shields structure studied in this paper could provide an effective solution for the debris defense of the space?station or other spacecraft.%针对由多层柔性复合材料制成的柔性防护屏构成的空间碎片柔性防护结构的防护效果问题,进行了超高速撞击试验和撞击损伤测试分析,得到了芳纶纤维布、芳纶环氧复合材料及铝合金多屏防护结构的空间碎片防护性能,结果表明:柔性防护结构具有较高的折叠效率(展开折叠比≥8),能有效减小防护结构的发射体积;柔性防护结构展开后,可显著增加防护结构的防护屏数和屏间距,能显著提高其防护性能;在碎片撞击速度3.5 km/s时,柔性防护结构可以达到与相同面密度铝合金防护结构相当的防护能力.该柔性防护结构可为空间舱站、卫星等航天器碎片防护提供一条有效的解决途径.
