The microstructure evolution rule of GH4700 alloy during cold rolling and intermediate annealing was studied by optical microscope, and the dynamic equation of recrystallization grain growth during intermediate annealing was established. The research results show that with the increase of cold rolling deformation variable, deformation uniformity of the microstructure grains gradually change better, the yield and tensile strength increase and the elongation of GH4700 alloy decreases; the microstructure can achieve full recrystallization and distribute uniformly at the annealing temperature of 1130℃ and holding time of 15 min; the grain size predicted by the proposed grain growth model coincides with the experimental results well.%利用光学金相显微镜研究了GH4700合金在冷轧以及中间退火过程中的组织演变规律,建立了中间退火过程中再结晶晶粒长大方程.实验结果表明:随着冷轧变形量增大,晶粒的变形均匀性逐渐变好,GH4700合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度增大,延伸率降低;当退火温度为1130℃、保温时间为15 min时,组织发生完全再结晶且分布均匀,是较合适的一次冷轧中间退火工艺;所建立的晶粒长大模型预测结果与试验值吻合较好.
