添加Bi2O3对ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-SrO体系封接玻璃结构和性能的影响

         

摘要

采用熔融法制备了ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-SrO-Bi2O3系无铅磷酸盐封接玻璃,研究了Bi2O3对该体系玻璃的结构、特征温度、热膨胀系数和化学稳定性的影响.结果表明,随BiO3含量的增加,玻璃的密度增大,Tg、Tf先下降后趋于平缓,玻璃的热膨胀系数先上升后趋于平缓;化学稳定性先增强后降低,当Bi2O3为7mol时,达到极小值.%The sealing glass of ZnO-BzO3P2Q5-SrO-Bi2O3, system was prepared by melting method The effect of Ifett on the structure, characteristic temperatures, thermal expansion coefficient and chemical stability of the glasses were studied. The results show that the characteristic temperatures of the glass decrease firstly then become flat, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the glasses increase firstly then become flat with increasing Bi2O3 content Meanwhile, the density increase and the chemical stability of the glass increase firstly then decrease with increasing Bi2O3 content, the chemical stability reach the maximum when Bi2O3 content is 7moL
