iPP/PPOc共混物相容性和结晶行为的研究

         

摘要

采用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、动态热机械性能测试仪和广角X射线衍射仪等,对不同组成的iPP/PPOc共混物的相容性和结晶行为进行了深入的研究.结果表明,IPP/PPOc共混物在整个组成范围内均出现一个玻璃化转变温度,说明在无定形区iPP和PPOc具有较好的相容性,而玻璃化转变温度随着PPOc含量的增加呈下降趋势;此外,随着PPOc含量的增加,共混物的熔点、结晶温度、球晶尺寸和球晶的完善程度均呈下降趋势,而不影响共混物的晶型;iPP/PPOc共混物在其整个组成范围内都只出现1个熔融峰和1个结晶峰,说明在晶区产生了共晶现象.%The miscibility and crystallization behavior of the iPP/poly(propylene-co-octene) copolymer(PPOc) blends as a function of PPOc content in the blends were investigated in detail, by differential scanning calorimetry, optical microscopy and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The blends were proved to be miscible systems by the existence of single composition dependent glass transition temperature over the entire composition. The Tg values of iPP/PPOc blends showed a gradual decrease with increasing PPOc content. The melting and crystallization temperatures, spheru-lites diameter and perfection of the iPP/PPOc blends decreased with the increase of PPOc content in the blends. Only one melting peak and one crystalline peak were observed over the entire composition range of the iPP/PPOc, demonstrating the cocrystallization in the crystalline region.
