两种新型改性橘子皮生物质吸附剂的显微组织评价

         

摘要

采用异丙醇-Ca(OH)2和冰醋酸-Ca(OH)2两种新方法改性制备了橘子皮生物质吸附剂,并同时制备了巯基乙酸改性橘子皮生物质吸附剂作对比样.借助扫描电镜和能谱分析,从微观组织形态上对比了未改性、巯基乙酸改性、异丙醇-Ca(OH)2改性和冰醋酸-Ca(OH)2改性橘子皮4种不同的生物质吸附剂,探讨了微观组织形态对吸附能力的影响,最后用钴离子吸附实验加以验证.结果表明,橘子皮经冰醋酸-Ca(OH)2改性后吸附效果最好,其次为异丙醇-Ca(OH)2改性和巯基乙酸改性,最后为未改性橘子皮.研究结果为以橘子皮制备生物质吸附剂提供了理论及实验参考.%Two new methods (isopropyl alcohol-Ca(OH)2 and glacial acetic acid-Ca(OH)2) were adopted for the produce of modified orange peel biomass adsorbent, and thioglycolic acid was used to modify orange peel for contrast. By means of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum, the adsorption capacities of the four different biomass adsorbent products, including unmodified, thioglycolic acid modified, isopropyl alcohol-Ca(OH)2 modified and glacial acetic acid-Ca(OH)2 modified orange peel, were analyzed and compared. At last, their adsorption capacities were verified by cobalt ion adsorption experiment. The results show that the modification effect of glacial acetic acid-Ca(OH)2 is the best, followed by isopropyl alcohol-Ca(OH)2 and thioglycolic acid while the last is unmodified orange peel. The results provide theoretical and experimental references for the preparation of biomass adsorbent from orange skin.
