基于SSRT的材料应力腐蚀数据库

         

摘要

Database of stress corrosion crack (SCC) based on results of the slow strain rate test (SSRT) was designed and established using VB program and Microsoft Office Access system. The database was composed of three program modules including import of experimental parameters, calculation of experimental data and analysis of fracture photograph. The severity of SCC was ranked by sensitive, dangerous and safe levels according to the mechanical parameters, susceptibility criterion and fracture appearance. The relationship among materials, environments and mechanics was obtained. The compositive results from the three modules were recorded as a case data to save and manage in the database, which provided reference to the users.%采用VB程序语言和Microsoft Office Access数据库管理系统,针对慢应变拉伸实验(SSRT)研究了材料应力腐蚀的结果,设计并建立了应力腐蚀数据库,该数据库包括实验参数输入、实验数据计算和断口图片分析3个模块.通过力学性能指标的计算,依据应力腐蚀敏感性判据和断口形貌特征,将应力腐蚀分为敏感、危险和安全3个水平,获得应力腐蚀体系的材料、环境和力学的关联特征,并将综合分析结果作为案例进行储存管理,以供使用者参考相关数据.
