以四水合仲钼酸铵为原料,在室温离子液体[BMIM][BF4]条件下,通过微波加热方法快速合成了花球状纳米结构α-MoO3.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法对产物进行表征和分析,结果表明,α-MoO3为正交晶系,呈钼华矿结构,其花状(平均直径)结构由多个纳米片或纳米棒(平均直径)团聚而成;[BMIM][BF4]的加入量对α-MoO3的微观结构具有重要影响.%Flower-like α-molybdenum oxide have been successfully synthsized by microwave heating of (NH4)6 Mo7O24 · 4H2O in room temperature ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [BMIM][BF4 ]. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the product. The results show that the prepared α-MoO3 is orthorhombic and in form of molybdite, and has about an average diameter of 3~5μm, which consists of nanorods or nanoarrays with the thickness of around 120nm. The [BMIM][BF4] was found to play a key role in achieving the uniform morphology of the product.
