碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极测定铜离子

         

摘要

制备了碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极,并研究了铜离子在该电极上的循环伏安行为,建立了一种测定铜离子的新方法.结果表明,在pH=3.4的B-R缓冲溶液中,该电极在铜离子标准溶液中富集Cu2+,在-0.072V处产生一个还原峰,回扫时在0.059V处产生一个氧化峰,电极反应是可逆的.Cu2+浓度对数在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L内与电位呈良好的线性关系,其检测下限为5.4×10-8mol/L.%A carbon nanotube modified carbon paste electrode is prepared and the cyclic voltammetric behavior of copper at the modified electrode is investigated, and a new method for the determination of copper is described. The results of cyclic voltammetry suggests that in B-R buffer solution(pH=3. 4), the nanotube modified carbon paste electrode concentrates Cu2+ in the copper ion standard solution, and obtains a sensitive reduction peaks in -0. 072V, in 0. 059V it has an oxidation peaks when returned scanning, so that the electrode reaction is reversibled. The potential is proportional to the logarithm of concentration of Cu2+ in the range of 1. 0 × 10-7 ~ 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L, and picks out limits is 5.4× 10-8mol/L.
