CaCu3Ti4O12(hereinafter referred to as CCTO) ceramics are a kind of lead free dielectric material with high dielectric constant insensitive to temperature change. This reivew introduces the CCTO research status: the discussion of the origin of the giant dielectric properties of CCTO, the study of the preparation of CCTO and the research on doped CCTO.
