具有快速脉冲沿的脉冲电流发生器的设计

         

摘要

设计了一种具有快速上升时间和下降时间的大电流脉冲发生器.采用高速精密运放控制恒流源模块,通过对运放相位和负载的补偿消除了脉冲上升沿和下降沿的过冲和振铃现象.同时由大功率MOS管构成的恒流源电路保证输出脉冲顶部纹波小,输出脉冲波形近似矩形,从而使输出脉冲能量值与设定值偏差小,减小了测试测量误差.该脉冲电流发生器输出电流幅度在0.10~9.99 A的范围内可调,脉冲宽度在0.10~200.00 ms的范围内可调,被测负载可在0~10 Ω之间.设计输出范围内脉冲上升时间和下降时间均小于10μs,输出电流脉冲幅度误差小于±1%.%A precise large current pulse generator with short rise/fall time is designed.High speed,precision operational amplifiers (OPAMP) are used to control the constant current source.Overshoot and ringing effects of the current pulse are eliminated by using phase and capacitive load compensation technique.The constant current source based on high power MOSFET achieves an ideal output pulse which is quite close to a rectangu lar shape.Therefore,the error between the output pulse and the desired value is small in terms of energy it contains.The amplitude of the current pulse can be adjusted in the range from 0.10 A to 9.99 A,and the width of the current pulse can be adjusted in the range from 0.10 ms to 200.00 ms,the measured load resistor value can be changed from 0 Ω to 10 Ω.Both rise time and fall time of the current pulse are less than 10 μs over the designed work condition,and the error of the current pulse amplitude is less than ± 1%.
