为研究机载蒸发循环的动态特性,建立了基于虚拟仪器的机载蒸发循环性能试验台.试验台由冷却水循环、制冷剂循环和载冷水循环构成,采用SCXI信号调理设备构成试验台测控硬件,LabVIEW编写了测控软件,实现了对该试验台的参数测量和控制.通过对试验台的调试运行使其具备了模拟机载热负荷环境的测控能力.%On-board vapor cycle performance test bed based on virtual instruments is built to research the dynamic characteristics of on-board vapor cycle.The test bed consists of cooling water cycle,refrigerant cycle and secondary refrigerant cycle.The measurement and control hardware is built on the SCXI signal conditioning equipment,and the software is designed on LabVIEW.The debugging and trail operation show that the test bed has the measurement and control ability of simulating airborne thermal load conditions.
