桶装沥青链式装卸机的设计及应用*

         

摘要

现阶段,在很多铁运公司,桶装沥青的装卸在从仓库到车之间的装卸主要以纯人工进行为主,成本高,工人的劳动强度大,且具有危险性,故设计一种装卸机,要求结构简单合理,可靠,且使用方便。该装卸机采用链式传动进行输送桶装沥青,利用滑轮省力机构改变两个支撑架的夹角起升装置,实现装卸;详细说明了传动系统的配置和具体结构设计,在Pro/E软件中建立并装配三维模型。将样机应用于实际装卸工作,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。%At present,barreled asphalt is loaded and unloaded artificially from Storehouse to truck in many Railway Transport Corps. This way is not merely with high costs,great labor intensity and bad security. The loading-unloading machine designed has a simple structure and is convenient to use,chain transmission is used to transport and pulley block labour-saving mechanism used to lifting by changing the angle between two support frames. Specify the disposition of transmission system and structural design,build and assemble Pro/e 3D model. Meanwhile the good social economic benefits was gained as it be applied in practical.
