基于虚拟技术的发动机滑油系统动态演示设计

         

摘要

The working state of the lubricating oil system of an aero-engine was demonstrated with LabVIEW ,and the system parameters in steady state and transition state were designed .The system changes ,the cockpit display and engine operation were realized ,and the virtual response to different failure modes were obtained .A CFM oil system was taken as example ,the simulation results shown that the dynamic demonstration of oil system parameters was realized by use of virtual technology ,and the dynamic alarm display in the cockpit was also realized .Compared with the real system ,the virtual sytem has low cost and easy operation ,being of practical value .%通过LabVIEW软件动态演示发动机滑油系统工作状态,设计稳态和过渡态中系统各参数变化,将系统变化、驾驶舱显示和发动机操纵连接,同时实现不同故障模式的系统虚拟响应。以CFM56-7滑油系统为例验证,结果显示;基于虚拟技术的动态演示形象展示了滑油系统部件的可测参数变化与驾驶舱动态报警显示,与真实滑油系统相比,其实现成本低、易于展示,使课堂教学效果显著提高。故设计的演示系统具有实用价值,有助于提高课堂教学质量。
