Objective To summarize the imaging features of CT and MRI in the germ cel tumor tumors of the saddle region.Methods A-nalysis of 6 cases of germ cel tumor in the saddle area of our hospital,male 1 cases,female 5 cases,Age 10 -15 years old,average age of 13 years.Al patients underwent CT and MRI examination.Results 6 cases were confirmed by pathology or fol ow up as a saddle area germ cel tumor.Conclusion In the saddle area,germ cel tumors were more common in young women.The common symptoms of diabetes insipidus. Combining CT and MRI performance,can correctly diagnose the saddle area germ cel tumor,to provide basis for clinical treatment.%为总结鞍区生殖细胞瘤的 CT、MRI 影像特征，选择6例鞍区生殖细胞瘤患者，男1例，女5例，年龄10～15岁，平均13岁，所有患者行 CT 及 MRI 检查。6例患者均经病理或随访证实为鞍区生殖细胞瘤。结合 CT 和 MRI 表现，可对鞍区生殖细胞瘤做出正确诊断，为临床治疗提供依据。
