目的：研究并对比治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者时使用阿司匹林分别联合氯吡格雷、低分子肝素的治疗效果。方法收集短暂性脑缺血发作患者共82例，患者的ABCD3-Ⅰ评分均低于4分，根据随机、单盲、平行对照设计原则分为40例对照组和42例观察组，对照组患者使用药物为阿司匹林和低分子肝素，观察组使用药物为阿司匹林和氯吡格雷。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，P<0.05；观察组与对照组患者的不良反应发生率对比差异不显著，P＞0.05。结论在低危短暂性脑缺血发作患者的治疗过程中，阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷的治疗方案能够获得更加显著的治疗效果。%Objective To study and compare the treatment of transient cerebral ischemia attack patients using aspirin combined with clopidogrel and low molecular weight heparin treatment.Methods A total of transient ischemic attacks in patients with a total of 82 cases,patients ABCD3-I score were lower than 4 points,according to a randomized,single blind,parallel control design principle divided into 40 cases in the control group (42 cases) and the observation group and the control group patients were treated with drugs for aspirin and low molecular weight heparin(LMWH).The observation group were treated with drugs as aspirin and clopidogrel.Results The observation group the total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group and the control group of patients with adverse reaction rate compared no significant difference, P>0.05.Conclusion in low-risk patients with transient ischemic attack in the treatment process,the treatment scheme of aspirin combined with clopidogrel can obtain more significant therapeutic effect.
