Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT low dose scanning in the routine examination of lung. Methods screening January 2015 to 2016 January in our hospital accepted routine lung examination personnel 100 cases, as the object of study, of patients were routine dose (160mAs) and low dose (50mas) spiral CT, comparing the two types of scanning radiation and value in the diagnosis of value. Results The radiation dose of low dose radiation was significantly lower than that of conventional dose (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Low dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning has high sensitivity to pulmonary lesions, and the radiation dose of patients is significantly decreased, which is of clinical value.%目的：探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在肺部常规体检中的应用价值。方法筛选2015年1月~2016年1月于我院接受肺部常规体检的人员100例，作为研究对象，对患者分别进行常规剂量(160 mAs)以及低剂量(50 mAs)螺旋CT检查，对比两种扫描方式产生的辐射量及诊断价值。结果低剂量辐射量明显低于常规剂量扫描产生的辐射量(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描对肺部病变的敏感性较高，同时患者所受辐射剂量明显降低，具有临床推广价值。
