目的对高频超声在手腕关节疾病检查的临床运用进行分析与探讨。方法对我院2010年10月~2013年10月的56例手腕关节患者同时行高频超声与X线检查，比较其声像图。结果56例患者均有不同程度的手腕关节异常改变，高频超声关节病变检出率比载线检查高，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论超声检查对手腕关节疾病诊断有良好的临床应用价值，值得进一步推广运用。%Objective To investigate and analyse the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in examination of the hand and wrist joint disease.Methods 56 cases of patients with the hand and wrist joint disease were inspected by high frequency ultrasonography and X-rays at the same time in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2013,and the sonogram were compared.Results Various joint lesions were revealed in 56 cases,the disease detection rate of high frequency ultrasound was higher than that of X-ray examination, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has good clinical application value in the hand and wrist joint disease diagnosis, it is worthy of further application.
